What is the difference between the Premium Subscription and the Group Coaching Membership

We are excited to offer new tiered pricing options under 2 separate memberships (group coaching membership + custom coaching membership (optional)).  With the new tiered pricing options, you now have the option to purchase only the group coaching membership, without the custom coaching.

• Group Coaching Membership ($30/month subscription or $120/annual subscription) which is needed to get into the app and gain access to the programs- Ab Rehab, Sleep, Lactation, Slim Down, Ab Rehab PLUS+, Bod Squad workouts, Maternal Mental Health (Group coaching membership gives baseline access to the app and programs and is without the troubleshooting videos and customizations), includes access to the communities, challenges and LIVE events hosted inside the app.  With this membership level you have access to the coaches in a group setting such as inside the app communities and during the LIVE Q&A's.

OPTIONAL ADD ON MEMBERSHIP ON TOP OF THE GROUP COACHING MEMBERSHIP:

• custom coaching membership ($30/mo OPTIONAL ADD ON once inside the app) for everything that is currently available under CUSTOM COACHING MEMBERSHIP section (ie. Ask a Coach and Assessments & Ab Rehab customizations).  Here is where you have access to all interactive assessments, private video messaging with our coaches where they will be able to look at ALL factors from a very comprehensive standpoint - looking at your posture, muscle imbalances, your breathing recruitment and alignment, how it's affecting your core and pelvic floor function overall and they are going to be able to tailor the program more to YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.  They will assign you troubleshooting/supplemental videos to address these issues based on your video submissions and discussions. You will also have access to video messaging (ASK A COACH) with all the other coaches in the various programs in the app.  

If you would like to continue the program without utilizing any of the custom coaching features, you can cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe to the group coaching membership (sign up on our site HERE).  Once you cancel, you will need to wait until your cancelled account access has expired before you can purchase the new subscription.
