Where you should pick up with Ab Rehab will depend on how you are progressing and if you feel like you are grasping the concepts at the current phase you are on.
SHORT BREAK FROM AB REHAB - WHERE DO I START AGAIN? If you've only missed a day, or a few days, or even missed a week or so, that's OK, just jump right back in where you left off! Don't stress about getting "behind", everyone has the flexibility to work at their own pace. If you do want to stay on schedule, you can also use your built in rest days to catch up, or double up on exercises a day or two to get you caught up! Although we really believe that your recovery is nothing to rush! Don't feel like you need to double up :)
LONG BREAK FROM AB REHAB - WHERE DO I START AGAIN? If it's been a long while (ie. more than a couple of weeks, a month or more, etc.) since you last did any of the Ab Rehab exercises, you may want to do your breathing and posture assessments again and submit to your coach directly from inside your Birth Recovery Center APP under your left-hand panel/menu, go to Ab Rehab --> Custom Coaching Membership --> Ask a Coach & Assessments. They can review your current status and advise you based on your assessment and what Phase you are on etc., what they think is best for your situation and if you need to repeat any weeks!
If you don't have access to the custom coaching membership in your subscription level, you can also reach out to the coaches in the LIVE Q&A events or by posting in the app community feed, "the village", which you will find in your left hand menu under the HOME section.
