You can start whenever you feel good and ready! The ACOG has updated its guidelines and now recommends that if you had an uncomplicated delivery, you can start exercise postpartum when you are ready. For most this is 2-6 weeks postpartum, but listen to your body. If you have had a C-Section we recommend waiting until closer to 8 weeks pp to add in the tissue work protocols to allow your incision to heal, but you can start with the Ab Rehab protocols until that time.
