You will need to commit 20--45 minutes 6-7x per week for the Ab Rehab workouts/exercises. Once you learn the ab rehab moves, this time will typically be less since you are more familiar with the exercises. This time will also vary depending upon the exercises/supplemental workouts you may be assigned to by your coaches in order to address your specific core issues (if any). If you are adding in the c section protocols, then this could be an additional 10min for the tissue work / scar massage. You can split up the exercises throughout your day and fit them in whenever it best fits your schedule!
